Pinnacle Evaluation Services (PES) can provide several levels of expanded evaluation services during proposal development and throughout the grant period:

Evaluation design for grant applications--
PES evaluators offer assistance in developing evaluation plans based on logic models. We also assist with designing data collection instruments, as well as selecting, using, and interpreting data/statistics.

Technical assistance--
PES evaluators will offer guidance on the development of Interim and Annual Performance Reports and revision requests addressed to the U.S. Department of Education.

External evaluation--
Through on-site visits, correspondence, and formal reports, PES evaluators review projects to 1) verify adherence to federal compliance requirements, suggesting actions to ensure preparedness for audits and performance reports, and 2) assess progress toward project objectives, offering recommendations to guide future efforts.
